Pilates
Pilates is awesome. It’s bad-ass, feels amazing and is the best cross-training for any sport or movement type. Building strength & agility for freedom of movement is the foundation of Pilates work. The systematic approach means you’re always working for something. Whether it’s to nail ‘that’ exercise, to gain a new level of strength or to manage pain - we’ve got you. Pilates is a great addition to performance training & is scalable for working with an injury. As Bali’s only Classical Pilates studio, we use the full playground of Pilates equipment to give you elite physical training.
1 to 1 and small group classes available.
Matwork
Slo classes are so unlike any other Matwork classes you’ll do. Slow, good flow and plenty of help. There’s very different moves and always an end goal in mind.
Using the Original 34 Pilates Matwork exercises, you’ll feel strong and flexible, a reliable recipe for any movement class.
FACT: During the 1920's gymnastics was a huge part of sport life. Athletically it was awesome, except people kept getting hurt.
OG Pilates was actually designed as the warm up for gymnastics to reduce the injury rate.

Fascia Movement
Fascia Movement is the real-deal & is often the missing piece of the movement puzzle. We get specific & slow using fascia balls and props for some good deep tissue movement. And wow doesn’t this feel good.
Grab your balls + lets free up the body.
We’re not just holding a stretch for 30 seconds.
FM allows you to go deeper into your practice and ask more of your muscles.
