Why did we create Slo Space? It's pretty simple. We want a wildly better movement experience that honours what our bodies need. We defy the relentless pace of the modern world by immersing ourselves in the art of slowing down in a fast-paced society.
We love to work on creating strong and resilient humans but we’re under no illusions that it takes time to get there. There’s a lot of pressure, stress and anxiety on each and every one of us to get stuff done, and quickly, but this doesn’t have to be you. You’ll be amazed at what happens when you let go of time restraints and get down with us on the journey. Stress and pressure fade away as you learn to focus on the practice of movement skills no matter how you’re doing on any given day.
We're all about your unique obstacles, goals and capabilities. We don’t sacrifice our slo intention for you to fit into a fitness standard. We know we can do better than anywhere else.
